Kim Posnien, the builder, has chosen floor plans and corresponding lots where the homes are being constructed.

• Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 are premium lots and have premium prices.

• Due to the recent volatility in the cost of building materials, current pricing is valid only for homes under construction. As new homes begin the construction process, current pricing will be established as correlated to the cost of building materials.
• Homes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Lead-time from house pad to finished home is 6-8 months.

Custom Model Home

Interior and exterior color choices, tile selection, cabinet selection, door and plumbing hardware, roof color, and kitchen sink selections are all available for viewing at the model home. The sales staff is on-site during standard business hours to assist future home buyers through their selection at Cedar Creek.

Consult the Builder’s Standard Features (PDF* 151K) for standard amenities. The agent can consult with home buyers regarding upgrades and available options.

Cedar Creek Subdivision is a gated Common Interest Community including a Clubhouse (PDF* 206K). A Homeowner’s Association and CC&Rs will help maintain a standard for this upscale community.
