The builder, Kim Posnien, has chosen to build houses on specific lots he feels complement the models. Buyers may choose lots with homes under construction or consult with the agent and builder about available lots.

• Homes are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Lead-time from house pad to finished home is 6-8 months.
• There is no homeowner’s association at Sage Crest. Consult with agent for CC&Rs.
